Harvey School Historical Society
Of
Mount Lebanon Baptist Church

Harvey School Historical Society Image Gallery is a collage of pictures of the first Harvey School Class Reunion and Baccalaureate service in the Callahan Hill Community.

The Harvey School Historical Society presented every student of Harvey School a diploma with the teacher's portrait on it acknowledging their achievement.  You will see the glows on their faces as you tour the gallery of pictures.

Mr. Raymond Robertson, a descendant of one of the first families of Callahan Hill restored the Mount Lebanon Missionary Baptist Cemetery.  His work was vital in saving the cemetery which contains slave grave sites.  These grave sites are marked with large stones at the heads and and small stones at the feet of the graves.  All the slave graves are facing the east.
